A few weeks ago we reported that wide receiver commitment DJ Johnson had been charged with second degree rape; Johnson for the second time within a month, has been charged with rape again.

Johnson who plays for Spanish Fort High School, is being held without bond at the Baldwin County Corrections Center's in Bay Minette, according to the online jail log.

According to the report also, this was a new victim.

Johnson was arrested back in September 6 for second degree rape.
