Yeldon Slowly Becoming Tide’s Go To Back
ByWith injuries to Eddie Lacy during fall practice, there were no worries about who could or would take the place of Lacy by the Tide coaching staff or the players.
The Crimson Tide has multiple backs to turn to; one of them being freshman TJ Yeldon. Yeldon in his debut last week had 111 yards and one touchdown in Bama’s victory over Michigan.
Yeldon appears to be the go to man along with Jalston Fowler and Dee Hart. In the Washington Post, it takes a look at the Tide’s talented backfield and why by the end of the season, it could be the best in the country lead by a freshman.
