Bama New No. 1 In Both Polls

After serving a beat down on Michigan Saturday night, the Crimson Tide jumped the USC Trojans and LSU in both college football polls to take the No. 1 spot.
The Tide received 45 first place votes in the AP poll compared to 11 votes for USC and four votes for LSU.
The Tide is also No. 1 in the USA Today Coaches poll jumping LSU. The Tide grabbed 37 first place votes to take the top spot.
This is the 47th time that Alabama has been No. 1 in the AP Poll and the 16th time for Coach Nick Saban.
