Michigan’s No. 1 WR Expected To Be Back For Bama Game
ByRoy Roundtree, Michigan’s senior wide receiver, is expected to play in the opener against Alabama.
Roundtree, who had his knee scooped last Friday, has made it back to practice this week and according to Wolverines head coach Brady Hoke, looks well on his way to recovery.
“I think (the chances) are good,” Hoke said after U-M’s 14th practice of preseason camp. “He’s with the rehab specialists every day, and we communicate.”
According to the Detroit Free Press story, Hoke didn’t go into much detail about Roundtree’s recovery other than the doctor’s cleared him to play.
Roundtree is Michigan’s most experience wide receiver.
