Junior defensive back Travell Dixon, who was expected to help the Tide this year in the secondary, has decided to leave the program.

Dixon told Andrew Bone of Tidesports.com that "I decided to leave due to family and personal reasons," "I don't know where I am going to go."

Dixon informed the Bama coaching staff of his decision and he said that they wished him well.
