Bama Notes from the Nick Saban Show
By
This weekend will be Bama’s last home game of the season against Georgia Southern and senior day.Former Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram will be present for that game and will be an honorary captain.
During his weekly radio show, Coach Saban said Barrett Jones and Darius Hanks are questionable for Saturday's game and more then likely Jones won’t play.
Saban reflected on his seniors by saying he hopes fans appreciate what the group committed to come to Alabama.
He also said it's going to be hard on him Saturday. As many of you know, 2008 was Saban’s first real recruiting class.
If you have been wondering what wide out Duron Carter has been doing, he has been playing scout team quarterback during practices and Saban praised Carter and others for their work in helping the team prepare week to week.
Saban ended his show by discussing Alabama’s chances for another national championship. He said there's certainly a possibility, but the Tide has to take care of its business.
