VIDEO: For All the Marbles – Remembering Alabama vs. Florida 1992
By tempadminThe 1992 SEC Championship game is a memorable one for several reasons; one being that this was the first time the SEC had a championship game in their history and for the first time in over a decade, that the Crimson Tide would be playing for a chance to play in the national championship game against the Miami Hurricanes.
The game would go back and forth in the first half before the Tide would take a 14 point lead in the second half, but after a Florida comeback to tie the game, one critical defensive play sealed the victory for the Crimson Tide which would propel them to a national championship.
Isn’t it nice to hear Keith Jackson’s voice doing the play-by-play?

I don’t think I have ever been as cold as I was that evening (it snowed multiple times during the game)- but all worth it when Langham scored that TD! RTR!
