Past 18 Months of Alabama Sports Has Been Filled With National Championships

I don't know if you realize this or not, but Alabama has been on a tear in the world of collegiate sports in the past 18 months. In that time span, the University of Alabama has won National Championships in Football, Cheerleading, and Gymnastics. Now Alabama's softball team is poised to take home the coveted national championship as they take on Cal in the women's Women's College World Series.

I am willing to bet that within 7 months, we will be talking about Alabama's football team hoisting the crystal football once again. This team will be hungry and will play with a chip on its shoulder. Mark my words.

Anyway, I just wanted to bring that to the attention of everyone during this slow week in football news. I don't know about you, but I am ready for some championship football!
